9800 17th Ave NW, Bradenton, FL 34209 Love gardens, flowers, and agriculture? Palma Sola Botanical Park is the place for you! It's a free trip in Bradenton, Florida, near Tampa and St. Pete. It's a great place to take some pictures, bird watch, and check out fruit trees or flowers.
This one is definitely worth the visit! 3700 Lee Blvd, Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 Heading through Lehigh Acres, you've probably seen this little park, but you've probably never stopped. Do you need a few minutes to decompress after work, or a quiet place to eat lunch? Check out this little park. It has a short boardwalk and peaceful marsh grasses and flowers. It doesn't have a lot of amenities, but it's worth stopping by every now and then.
My daughters love to run the boardwalk, and it really doesn't take long to look, get a breath of fresh air, and then get back in your car. It's usually empty, or there might be 1-2 other cars. Peter White Dr, Marquette, MI 49855 Lake Superior has a lot of scenic views, but some of the best ones require you to get on boats or kayaks. This one matches a lot of those views, but you can do a lot of it from a car! Also, it's FREE!
So check out Presque Isle Park in Marquette, Michigan! There are scenic overlooks, places to swim, ore docks, cliff divers, rocky beaches, and some amazing scenery! This one is a definite is you're in northern Michigan! |
